Funding and Payment
Cerulean Space supports self funded clients and NDIS participants. We are also registered as a provider for selected private health insurance funds and Employee Assistant Programs (EAPs).
NDIS
Support is available for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants where art therapy aligns with therapeutic goals.
Private Health Insurance
We are registered as a provider for selected private health insurance funds. Eligibility and cover depend on your individual policy.
Employee Assistance Program
We are registered for selected EAPs. Access depends on your organisation’s EAP arrangement.
Self Funded
Private clients can self fund sessions. Payment can be made on the day of the session by direct bank transfer or card.
NDIS
As an ANZACATA Professional Art Therapist (registration #69298898), we are eligible to support NDIS self-managed and plan managed participants.
In line with NDIS and ANZACATA guidance, the participant can access Art Therapy services using funding allocated to the Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living Skills support category, and it must be reasonable and necessary.

Eligible services may attract a rebate depending on your level of cover and the rules of your insurer. We hold recognised provider numbers where required.
Please check with your health fund prior to booking to confirm your rebate entitlement.
Employee Assistance Program
As an ACA registered counsellor, we offer Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for organisations seeking confidential mental health, counselling and wellbeing support for employees.
Eligibility, extent of cover and access processes are dependent on the EAP and your organisation’s policy.
Services include:

- Online and face-to-face support
Self Funded
Private clients can self fund sessions.
We offer discounts for long-term self-funded clients.
Payment Options
Payment options include:

- Payment by card (+1.9% transaction fee)
