Spring: Planting the Seeds of Hope

Spring is a season of new beginnings, As nature awakes from its winter rest, the world is renewed with colour, growth, and possibility. It is a time of hope, fresh starts, and gentle transformation, inviting us to emerge, reconnect, and embrace new opportunities for growth and wellbeing.

This 1.5 hour art therapy workshop invites participants to plant their seeds of hope through art and creativity. Through creative expression and reflective art making, we will nurture hope, foster self discovery, and create space for personal growth as we embrace the opportunities to emerge with a new season.
